How it works

Ask for a free check-up. Answer a few short questions. We email you a one-page check-up of your Google profile.
Invite us as a manager. You use Google's own invite. You stay the owner, and we never ask for your password. Ask us to leave at any time, and you'll have full control back within 7 business days.
We do the weekly work. We write 2–3 posts a week from your real services and photos. We reply to 4–5 star reviews, and if you choose, we post those replies for you without waiting for your OK. Replies to lower ratings come to you first, and nothing posts without your OK. You give written permission before we manage your profile, plus separate written permission before we reply to any review.

What we never do

We don't write, buy or trade reviews.
We don't ask only happy customers for reviews, and we don't offer anything in exchange for one.
We don't post a reply to a 1–3 star review without your OK.
We don't ask for your Google password.
We don't promise rankings, calls or sales. Google decides rankings.

How we use AI

MapKept uses AI to draft your posts, review replies and reports. A person at MapKept reviews every draft before it goes up. If you turn it on, we post routine posts and 4–5 star replies for you without waiting for your OK. Everything else waits for your approval. I'm Zak, and I built this.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. Everything is done by email.

What do you need from me?

The manager invite, your services and hours, and a few photos a month if you have them.

Can I stop?

Yes, any time. Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel online in our billing portal (enter your email and you get a one-time login link), or send our pre-written cancel email, with nothing to add. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. If you ask us to leave your profile, you'll have full control back within 7 business days.

Will I see results?

We can't promise rankings, calls or sales. Google controls rankings and what it shows. If we ever share one client's numbers, they'll be real, used with that client's written OK, and labeled as one client's results, not typical or guaranteed.

Do you use AI?

Yes, to draft posts, replies and reports. We never claim a reply was hand-written. A person at MapKept reviews every draft before it goes up, and you approve anything sensitive.

Who is this for?

Independent local businesses with a verified Google Business Profile, such as auto repair shops, tire shops, cleaners and trades. We don't work with medical, legal or financial practices right now.
